Accused Fugitive, No. 7 on Most Wanted List, Arrested

Scott O’Donnell, of Williamstown, was the fifth person arrested in two weeks from Gloucester County's sheriff's top 10 most wanted list.

Gloucester County’s sheriff ticked another person off of his most wanted list Monday with the arrest of a Williamstown man.

The Sheriff Department’s Fugitive Unit took Scott O’Donnell, 33, of Williamstown into custody at his home on Feb. 11.

O’Donnell was No. 7 on the sheriff’s most wanted list and considered a fugitive for failure to appear before Judge Gary D. Wodlinger on Jan. 29. O’Donnell was supposed to be in court on eight charges, including theft, burglary, possession of CDS and conspiracy.

The sheriff’s office arrested O’Donnell on a tip received. He was held at Gloucester County Jail in no bail.

O’Donnell marks the 69th person arrested from Sheriff Carmel Morina’s most wanted list since it debuted three years ago. He was the fifth arrested from the list in the past two weeks.

The most wanted list is available online. Anyone with tips on the whereabouts of someone on the list should call Chief Ken Villanova at 856-384-4625. All calls are kept confidential.
