We don't need a law to do the right thing. If he's ever caught, somebody can get to him. Maybe the cops will take care of him in jail and make it look like a suicide. Maybe the other prisoners, if their's no death penalty, they could do it. I better not ever meet him. We don't need no stinking law to do the right thing.

Patrick, Your accusation is baseless. None of the stories Patch has published on this case, and there have been several, had more than 100 comments. Additionally, we are not removing comments unless they violate our terms of use. Only 3 have been removed so far from all of the stories on this case.

Actually, you are correct and I was wrong. It must be a sister site on Facebook, that had over 100 comments. Because there was a link at the bottom of the page that said "click to view 88 more comments". So you're right. It wasn't here and I am wrong about that. But you must admit, there is a lot of ugly anger over this situation. And I can't say that I blame them.

No worries. As Lauren and I said, so long as the comments are profanity-free, we're not going to pull them down. We also hope any disagreements will happen in a civil manner.

As a father myself, I cannot say I blame people for being very, very angry about what happened here.

I do not blame people at all over their anger. This is a horrifying crime.
