Auto Assaults, Forgery Top Gloucester County Indictments

The following information was provided by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following individuals were indicted on the indicated charges by a Gloucester County grand jury last week:

  • Timothy M. Adkins, 30, of Pennsville, for assault by automobile on Dec. 16, 2010, in West Deptford.
  • Sean D. Burdick, 28, of West Deptford, for receiving stolen property and hindering prosecution on March 4 in Deptford.
  • Ravanna S. Bey, 47, of Collingswood, for forgery and theft by deception on Dec. 29, 2010, in West Deptford.
  • Carlos A. Aquino, 35, of Deptford, for assault by automobile on Jan. 9 in Deptford.
  • Joshua D. Wurster 3rd, 39, of Atco, for assault by automobile on April 30 in Mantua.
  • Jason L. Small, 25, of Ontario, Canada, for assault by automobile on Dec. 19, 2010, in Harrison Township.
  • Edward H. Zacherl Jr., 48, of Lewes, DE, for assault by automobile on Jan. 2 in Monroe Township.
  • Mickey J. McDonald, 21, of Williamstown, for burglary, two counts of unlawful possession of a handgun and three counts of theft by unlawful taking on May 19 in Monroe Township.
  • Thomas S. Dunlap, 23, of Williamstown, for burglary, two counts of unlawful possession of a handgun and three counts of theft by unlawful taking on May 19 in Monroe Township.
  • Heather E. Samek, 33, of Williamstown, for possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon and threatening violence on April 8 in Monroe Township.
  • Riscaldo R. Santiago Jr., 32, of Woodbury, for unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon by a person not entitled to possess a weapon on May 7 in Westville.
  • Michael J. Butz, 30, of Logan Township, for possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of a weapon on Feb. 2 in Logan Township.
  • James F. Howarth Jr., 29, of Williamstown, for robbery, theft by unlawful taking and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose on May 30 in Woodbury.
  • Scott D. Ross, 44, of Philadelphia, for theft by unlawful taking on dates between May 7 and May 13 in Elk Township.
  • Joseph J. Guarracino, 46, of Sewell, for eluding police by failing to stop on April 4 in Clayton.
