Greatest Dish Ever: We're partial–or possibly addicted to–the chicken tikka masala, but IndeBlue's modern take on Indian means there's virtually nothing on the menu that adventurous gourmands won't enjoy.

Don’t Miss: The naan. Sure, it's just bread to some people, but IndeBlue's selection gives you everything from the basics to naan stuffed with spinach and cheese and more.

The Vibe: Busy and bustling, but in a mellow, earth-toned atmosphere that complements the dishes. Like all restaurants in Collingswood, it's BYOB, so you get to experiment on what pairs well with the food, without breaking the bank on the bar tab.

Cool Factor: Even with their move to new, bigger digs, it can be a tough reservation to get on the weekend, given the explosion in popularity in the last year.
