Carjacking, Forgery Top Grand Jury Indictments

Twenty-four people were indicted on various charges last week.

 

A Gloucester County grand jury indicted the following individuals last week:

  • Eric W. Treston, 22, of Turnersville, for carjacking and aggravated assault on Nov. 25, 2010, in Deptford.
  • Louis E. Vernamonti, 34, of Runnemede, for robbery and shoplifting on Dec. 24, 2010, in West Deptford.
  • John T. Giaccio, 47, of Haddon Township, for shoplifting and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose on Dec. 24, 2010, in West Deptford.
  • Walter F. Tweed, 47, of Clayton, for forgery, possession of forgery devices and conspiracy on Dec. 14, 2010, in Clayton.
  • Paul M. Lord, 41, of Camden, for forgery, possession of forgery devices and conspiracy on Dec. 14, 2010, in Clayton.
  • Angelia M. Toliver, 52, of Camden, for forgery and theft by deception on Oct. 15, 2010, in Deptford.
  • Scott J. Allen, 43, of Monroeville, for theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property on Dec. 27, 2010, in East Greenwich.
  • Jason J. Ashmore, 33, of Vineland, for unlawful possession of a handgun and possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Aug. 28, 2010, in Franklin Township.
  • Bryan L. Cardona, 35, of Williamstown, for making a false 911 call on Dec. 29, 2010, in Washington Township.
  • Dean L. Clark, 22, of Elmer, for theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and conspiracy on Jan. 2 in Glassboro.
  • Thomas J. Mulholland, 22, of Monroeville, for theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and conspiracy on Jan. 2 in Glassboro.
  • Steven Denoto, 33, of Merchantville, for burglary, criminal mischief and three counts of theft by unlawful taking on Dec. 31, 2010, in Deptford.
  • Philip C. Durham, 19, of Newfield, for burglary, theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy on Dec. 23, 2010, in Elk Township.
  • Joseph Grahm, 64, of Carney’s Point, for theft by illegal retention on July 1, 2005, in Woolwich.
  • Anthony Distaulo, 57, of Highland, NJ, for theft by illegal retention on July 13, 2010, in Woolwich.
  • Ian S. MacDonald, 32, of Mantua, for burglary, resisting arrest and criminal mischief on Dec. 31, 2010, in Mantua.
  • Danielle R. Martin-Laute, 31, of Sewell, for forgery and criminal attempt to commit theft by deception on Jan. 14 in Washington Township.
  • Robert J. Laute, 38, of Sewell, for forgery and criminal attempt to commit theft by deception on Jan. 14 in Washington Township.
  • Glenn J. McCormick, 55, of Malaga, for burglary, conspiracy, criminal mischief and criminal attempt to commit theft by unlawful taking on Feb. 24 in Franklin Township.
  • Charles J. Francesco, 39, of Millville, for burglary, conspiracy, criminal mischief and criminal attempt to commit theft by unlawful taking on Feb. 24 in Franklin Township.
  • Gabriel Rivera Jr., 36, of Woodbury, for burglary on Jan. 9 in Westville.
  • Michael J. Rzuczek, 45, of Cherry Hill, for shoplifting on Jan. 17 in Deptford.
  • Douglas M. Scheuerer, 44, of Sewell, for making threats to kill on May 2 and May 8, 2009, in Washington Township.
  • Coulter J. Thurber III, 50, of Trenton, for theft by unlawful retention on Aug. 2, 2010, in Woolwich.
