Destiney R. Ferrelli, 30, Sewell is wanted by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office for failure to appear in state Superior Court in Woodbury. Ferrelli was scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 26, 2012, for status conferences on three indictments charging her with theft and fraudulently obtaining prescription drugs. 

Ferreilli is 5 feet, 3 inches tall, weighs 121 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair. She has a tattoo on her back. 

On April 24, 2012, Logan police officers were dispatched to the Riverfront Health Center and spoke to a doctor about the theft of prescription blanks. The officers were told Ferrelli, an employee of the health center, had used some blanks to fraudulently obtain prescription drugs between Oct. 14, 2011, and March 30, 2012. The doctor discovered the theft after notification by the state Prescription Monitoring and Reporting System.

On April 25, 2012 Logan police contacted Woodbury police about the Riverfront Health Center doctor’s stolen prescription blanks and the discovery that Ferrelli had filled prescriptions at two locations in Woodbury. Complaints were signed against Ferrelli.

On May 2, 2012, Logan police notifed Harrison police of Ferrelli’s suspected involvement in fraudulent purchasing of prescription drugs, including at a Mullica Hill pharmacy in Harrison. Following an investigation, complaints were signed against defendant Ferrelli. She was served with the charges at police headquarters on May 11, 2012.

A grand jury sitting in Gloucester County indicted Ferrelli on July 11, 2012, on a charge of third-degree theft by unlawful taking.  Ferrelli was indicted again on on Aug. 28, 2012, on ten third-degree counts of obtaining a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by fraud. She was indicted a third time, on Oct. 3, 2012, on three third-degree counts of obtaining CDS by fraud.
