Forgery, Shoplifting Among Gloucester County Indictments

The following information was provided by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

The following individuals were indicted on the indicated charges by a Gloucester County grand jury last week:

  • Antwan G. Tucker, 42, of Camden, for two counts of forgery and one count of theft by deception on June 28 and June 30 in West Deptford.
  • Michelle L. Wirt, 39, of National Park, for forgery and criminal attempt to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud.
  • Dennis A. Day, 21, of Camden, for shoplifting on June 4 in Deptford.
  • Vincent L. Green, 22, of Camden, for shoplifting on June 4 in Deptford.
  • Ella L. Rivera, 20, of Williamstown, for shoplifting on June 4 in Deptford.
  • Alan B. Thornton, 26, of Williamstown, for shoplifting on June 4 in Deptford.
  • Paul Watson, 28, of Paulsboro, for violating the conditions of a special sentence on April 27 in Paulsboro.
  • Robert J. Kennedy, 28, of Williamstown, for robbery on June 5 in West Deptford.
  • Gwendolyn N. Williams, 23, of Woodbury, for unlawful possession of a handgun and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose on March 12 in Woodbury.
  • Jay Czajczynski, 24, of Woodbury, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Feb. 24 in Deptford.
  • Christopher Setzer, 31, of Woodbury, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute on March 13 in Woodbury.
  • Bruce D. Long, 34, of Williamstown, for resisting arrest and aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer on June 17 in Deptford.
  • Skye M. Turner, 24, of Paulsboro, for receiving stolen property between June 15 and June 18 in Woodbury.
  • Kellye A. Moxley, 22, of Mantua, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Dec. 24, 2011, in Deptford.
  • David W. Finlaw, 40, of Mantua, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Dec. 24, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Luis J. Torres, 21, of Camden, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on April 2 in Deptford.
  • Richard A. Banks, 40, of Magnolia, for forgery and theft by deception on April 16 in Deptford.
  • Tyrone C. Mears, 45, of Paulsboro, for unlawful possession of a weapon and certain persons not to have weapons on June 27 in Woodbury.
  • Matthew Sterling, 28, of Haddonfield, for shoplifting on May 24 in Deptford.
  • James Rich, 31, of Haddon Heights, for shoplifting on May 24 in Deptford.
  • Marcin Porzkowski, of Quakertown, PA, for theft by illegal retention on March 28 in Washington Township.
  • Tracey R. Nathaniel, 22, of Philadelphia, for receiving stolen property on April 27 in Deptford.
  • Rhakeia C. Watson, 29, of Philadelphia, for shoplifting, resisting arrest, eluding police by failing to stop and endangering the welfare of a child on April 27 in Deptford.
  • Markese D. Taylor, 20, of Philadelphia, for receiving stolen property on April 27 in Deptford.
