Ceremony: A candlelight vigil will remember all the victims of the 9/11 attacks, including Gloucester County victims Nick Brandemarti Jr., Perry Thompson and John Rodak. The ceremony will be held at the Place of Reflection, in the rear of Chestnut Branch Park.

Gloucester County Patriot Day Service, Chestnut Branch Park

When: 8 a.m., Sunday, Sept. 11

Ceremony: The annual tribute to the county’s victims of the 9/11 attacks will feature the dedication of a flagpole in honor of the victims, as well as a wreath laying and bell ringings to coincide with the time of the attacks. As with the candlelight ceremony the night before, the ceremony will take place at the Place of Reflection.

Deptford Township Commemoration, 1011 Cooper St.

When: 11 a.m., Sunday, Sept. 11

Ceremony: Emergency responders who rushed to New York to aid in the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks will speak at a ceremony at the Deptford municipal building.
