Green-Fields Swim Club scored three individual golds and three relay golds as the team wrapped up the 2012 season with a fourth-place finish at the annual Tri-County championships last weekend.

Nolan Jess, who smashed the Tri-County record in the 25 freestyle, won two medals in the 8-and-under boys’ races—the 25 freestyle and 25 breaststroke—and was joined by teammate Lucienne Nowak, who won gold in at tight race in the 13- and 14-year-old girls’ 50-meter breaststroke.

Also atop the podium were the boys’ 8-and-under medley and freestyle relay teams of Bode Camann, Nolan LaRocca, Dylan McQuade and Nolan Jess and the girls’ 11- and 12-year-old medley relay team of Marissa Heino, Lauren Baines, Jordan Washart and Hannah Fellon.
