Election Day is fast approaching—but what if you can’t make it to the voting booth on Nov. 6? Don’t let your ballot go uncast: vote by mail.

You don’t need to justify why you want to vote by mail in New Jersey. Perhaps you’ll be in meetings all day on Nov. 6, traveling or just don’t feel like waiting in line at your local voting location.

To vote by mail in West Deptford, you must already be registered and:

1. Complete the Gloucester County vote by mail application (English) (Spanish)

2. Mail the completed application to:

Woodbury, NJ 08096-3327

3. Or apply in person at the county clerk’s office (1 North Broad St., first floor, Woodbury)

Vote by mail applications must be received by mail seven days before the election. You can apply in-person until 3 p.m., Monday, Nov. 5. After your voting eligibility is confirmed, you’ll be mailed or handed a ballot.

All completed ballots must be received before the polls close on Election Day. Once you’ve applied to vote by mail, you cannot vote at your local polling location for this election.
