Credit Card Fraud, Drug Charges Top Gloucester County Indictments

The following information was provided by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

The following individuals were indicted by a Gloucester County grand jury on the indicated charges last week:

  • Mark Holloway, 43, of Williamstown, for first-degree murder and possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes on Nov. 10, 2011, in Washington Township.
  • Ramiro Betata, 26, of Glassboro, for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license on July 29 in Glassboro.
  • Elizabeth M. Tucker, 44, of Thorofare, for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license on April 2 in Deptford.
  • John E. Graham, 29, of Millville, for eluding police by failure to stop on June 16 in Mantua.
  • Michael K. Shorts, 42, of Mantua, for assault with an automobile on Aug. 4 in Mantua.
  • Bi Yu Liu, 28, of Brooklyn, NY, for fraudulent use of a credit card, possession of a false ID, and theft of credit cards on June 21 in Deptford.
  • Charles T. Franklin, 27, of Logan Township, for burglary on July 26 in Logan Township.
  • Jeffrey Jones, 31, of Vineland, for theft by deception between June 18 and 21 in Washington Township.
  • Glenn L. Reid, 49, of Hollis, NY, for assuming a false identification on Feb. 23 in Washington Township.
  • Terry T. Pratt, 21, of Swedesboro, for eluding police by failure to stop on July 14 in East Greenwich Township.
  • Joyce A. Moorer, 62, of Woodbury, for two counts of obtaining a controlled dangerous substance and fraud on June 16 and 18 in Woodbury.
  • Larry A. Johnson, 48, of Jersey City, for theft of unlawful taking between April 2 and May 10, 2010 in Woolwich Township.
  • Justin C. Logan, 23, of Glassboro, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute, possession of less than 1 oz. of marijuana with the intent to distribute and tampering with evidence on April 25 in Glassboro.
  • Victor J. Koschman Jr., 22, of Glassboro, for three counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute on April 25 in Glassboro.
  • Ronald M. Begley, 50, of Philadelphia, PA, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on May 6 in Woodbury.
  • Ptah Osiris, 39, of Clayton, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Dec. 16, 2011 in Clayton.
  • Alan Jarow, 55, of Clayton, for two counts for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of between 0.5 and five oz. of heroin/cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of an unlawful weapon, possession of an unlawful handgun, possession of a weapon will committing a CDS crime, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute, receiving stolen property, and unlawful possession of body armor on Dec. 16, 2011, in Clayton.
  • Erin E. Cleminson, 21, of Mantua, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on April 28 in Deptford.
  • Kevin T. Clark, 37, of Mantua, for two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance on May 22 in West Deptford.
  • Nicholas J. Passarella, 22, of Pitman, for burglary and theft of unlawful taking on Nov. 23, 2011 in Pitman.
  • Gregory M. Maurer, 23, of Woodbury, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on June 3 in West Deptford.
  • James Carr, 26, of Woodbury, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on April 28 in Glassboro.
  • Vernon M. Jones, 56, of Woodbury, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on April 25 in Woodbury.
  • Michael J. Ferringo, 33, of Turnersville, for criminal trespassing on July 6 in Washington Township.
  • Joseph C. Strickland, 19, of Turnersville, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute, and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute in a school zone on May 1 in Washington Township.
  • Sylvester Decample III, 47, of Gibbstown, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, and possession of fewer than 0.5 oz. of heroin/cocaine with the intent to distribute on April 26 in East Greenwich Twp.
