Jeffrey Wilson Wanted in Gloucester County on Warrant

The Williamstown resident failed to appear in state Superior Court in Woodbury, according to the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office.

 

Jeffrey Wilson, 47, of the 1200 block of Janvier Road, Williamstown, is wanted by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office on a warrant. 

Wilson failed to appear in state Superior Court in Woodbury on Jan. 23, 2012, for a pre-arraignment interview on a shoplifting charge, according to the prosecutor's office. 

Wilson is 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighs 320 pounds, has brown eyes and is bald. He has a scar on his right arm, and a tattoo on his chest. 

On Oct. 15, 2012, a Monroe police officer was dispatched to Walmart on the Black Horse Pike for a report of a shoplifter. The officer received information that a store security employee was following a subject seen removing a 32-inch television from the store. The individual, later identified as Wilson, was seen crossing the highway toward a diner, where the security officer lost sight of him.

The officer found a man matching the shoplifter’s description behind the diner and detained him, The security employee identified him and he was arrested. The TV was recovered in the Walmart parking lot.

A Gloucester County grand jury indicted Wilson on Jan. 9, 2013, on a fourth-degree shoplifting charge.
