Prescription Theft Tops This Week's Crimelog
West Deptford police released a list of crimes reported in the past week.
- Copper ground bars and copper wiring were stolen on Feb. 8 from a telecommunications site on Red Bank Avenue.
- A 42-year-old man was charged on Feb. 8 after trying to pick up a medication without the victim’s knowledge or permission. After leaving the CVS pharmacy located on Mantua Pike, the man was charged with theft of a prescription.
- Nine pieces of lawn furniture were stolen out of the side yard of a Lecato Avenue residence on Feb. 13. Cushions were found strewn around the front yard after five aluminum lawn chairs and four aluminum lounge chairs were stolen.
