Robbery, Drug Charges Among Gloucester County Indictments

The following information was provided by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following individuals were indicted by a Gloucester County grand jury on the indicated charges last week:

  • Robert P. Sands Jr., 26, of Cape Coral, FL, for receiving stolen property and criminal mischief on dates between Aug. 15 and Aug. 16, 2011, in West Deptford.
  • Jonathan A. Sweeney, 26, of Paulsboro, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Oct. 5, 2011, in West Deptford.
  • Charlene Davis, 53, of Philadelphia, for robbery on Nov. 27, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Joseph J. Paradise, 38, of Westville, for robbery, unlawful possession of an imitation firearm and resisting arrest on Nov. 29, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Stephanie A. Morrissey, 40, of Sewell, for theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy on dates between Jan. 25, 2010, and March 29, 2011, in Monroe Township.
  • Christopher Morrissey, 43, of Sewell, for conspiracy on dates between Jan. 25, 2010, and March 29, 2011, in Monroe Township.
  • Terrance Thomas, 42, of Camden, for fraudulent use of a credit card and receiving stolen property on Nov. 15, 2011, in Washington Township.
  • David M. OQuinn, 22, of Sewell, for burglary, theft by unlawful taking, criminal trespass and receiving stolen property on Aug. 31, 2011, in Washington Township.
  • Stephanie M. Thompson, 26, of Glassboro, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Oct. 20, 2011, in Glassboro.
  • Michael T. Fitzmaurice, 37, of Sewell, for carjacking with bodily injury to the driver on Dec. 10, 2011, in Washington Township.
  • Jamie L. Vignola, 29, of Glassboro, for receiving stolen property and obtaining a controlled dangerous substance by fraud on dates between May 9, 2011, and July 7, 2011, in Glassboro.
  • Hon Y. Wong, 59, of New York, NY, for theft by deception on Nov. 28, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Michael R. Mungin, 46, of Philadelphia, for forgery and theft by unlawful taking on June 7, 2011, in Glassboro.
  • Joanne Bittner-Lieze, 49, of Deptford, for theft by unlawful taking on dates between Oct. 2, 2002, and May 7, 2010, in Franklin Township.
  • George Lilley, 30, of Sewell, for absconding from parole on dates between Oct. 31, 2011, and Dec. 6, 2011, in Washington Township.
  • Shon D. Stevens, 29, of Gibbstown, for violating the conditions of a special sentence on dates between June 19, 2011, and Nov. 9, 2011, in Greenwich Township.
  • Rachel F. Kirk, 31, of Woodbury, for aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer and threatening violence on Sept. 22, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Dominique Q. Pulliam, 20, of Westville, for theft by unlawful taking on dates between Dec. 4, 2011, and Dec. 13, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Anthony W. Horner, 27, of Camden, for shoplifting on Dec. 9, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Pedro A. Rosado, 25, of Camden, for possession of a weapon by a person not allowed to have a weapon on Sept. 9, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Brent R. English, 32, of Lindenwold, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of less than an ounce of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute on Oct. 7, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Lamar P. Hinton, 31, of Williamstown, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute, resisting arrest and obstructing the administration of law on Sept. 21, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Gregory E. Bernstiel, 29, of Bellmawr, for criminal attempt to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud, forgery and receiving stolen property on Sept. 30, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Matthew J. Taylor, 28, of Williamstown, for possession of between an ounce and five pounds of marijuana, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute in a school zone, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public park or housing complex and possession of marijuana on Sept. 12, 2011, in Glassboro.
  • Anthony R. Stott Jr., 23, of Clayton, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public park or housing complex and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana with the intent to distribute on Oct. 16, 2011, in Clayton.
  • Barbara J. Temean, 50, of Westville, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Sept. 29, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Adam J. Polt, 33, of Mantua, for two counts of aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer, two counts of third-degree resisting arrest and single counts each of hindering one's own prosecution, criminal mischief and fourth-degree resisting arrest on Nov. 8, 2011, in Mantua.
  • Lamar T. Diggs, 25, of Williamstown, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Sept. 15, 2011, in Monroe Township.
  • Alfred K. Jackson, 48, of Clayton, for aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer on Nov. 25, 2011, in Clayton.
  • Irene M. Miller, 47, of Mullica Hill, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Oct. 14, 2011, in South Harrison Township.
  • Gregory B. Williams Jr., 30, of Mullica Hill, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Oct. 29, 2011, in Glassboro.
