Theft, Drug Charges Among Gloucester County Indictments
The following information was provided by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office. It does not indicate a conviction.
The following individuals were indicted by a Gloucester County grand jury on the indicated charges last week:
- Joshua P. Williams, 24, of Paulsboro, for burglary, theft of unlawful taking, and conspiracy to commit burglary on Jan. 18, 2009 in Paulsboro.
- Francesco Labella Jr., 29, of Glendora, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on April 30 in Deptford.
- Robert Schwartz, 44, of Sewell, for theft by deception between the dates of March 19 and April 9, 2007 in Washington Twp.
- Horace J. Johnson, 29, of Woodbury, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on June 1 in Deptford.
- Kristen E. Storms, 38, of Deptford, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on May 24 in Woodbury.
- Sheppard W. Powell, 23, of Westville, for second-degree unlawful possession of a weapon, second-degree possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, third-degree possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, possession of a defaced firearm, fourth-degree unlawful possession of a weapon, and resisting arrest on Aug. 7 in Westville.
- Michael A. Simonelli, 36, of Blackwood, for theft by deception on Jan. 22, 2009, in Washington Twp.
- Cassaundra Phillips. 22, of Camden, for shoplifting on June 16 in Deptford.
- Jason G. Spence, 35, of Westville, for causing a false public alarm and criminal mischief on July 24 in Deptford.
- Essence C. Hill, 18, of Camden, for shoplifting and conspiracy to shoplift on July 17 in Deptford.
- Faith Randall, 25, of Camden, for conspiracy to shoplift on July 17 in Deptford.
- Flora L. Robinson, 22, of Camden, for shoplifting and conspiracy to shoplift on July 17 in Deptford.
- Danielle Shields, 31, of Lindenwold, for shoplifting and conspiracy to shoplift on July 17 in Deptford.
- Alvin J. McCoy, 49, of Paulsboro, for shoplifting on Aug. 1 in Deptford.
- Frank A. Hutchinson, 20, of Mullica Hill, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on May 29 in Washington Twp.
- Kyle J. Scotese, 24, of Sewell, for 12 counts of theft of unlawful taking between May 7 and June 3 in Washington Twp.
- Robert J. Eastlack Jr., 20, of Sewell, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on June 22 in Washington Twp.
- Frederick H. Herbert, 32, of Philadelphia, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on May 2 in Harrison Twp.
- Kenneth L. Schmitt, 28, of Franklinville, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on March 15 in Franklinville.
- Michael R. Russo, 39, of Thorofare, for theft of unlawful taking, conspiracy to commit theft of unlawful taking and possession of a controlled dangerous substance on June 6 in West Deptford.
- David E. Stiegler, 29, of West Deptford, for theft of unlawful taking and conspiracy to commit theft of unlawful taking on June 6 in West Deptford.
- Frederick W. Veney, 38, of Sewell, for theft of unlawful taking and conspiracy to commit theft of unlawful taking on June 6 in West Deptford.
- Loryn M. Smith, of Millville, for criminal attempt to obtain a controlled dangerous substance on May 21 in Monroe Twp.
- Erin O'Connell, 27, of Philadelphia, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on May 11 in Pitman.
- Gabrielle Y. Blackshear, 18, of Mount Holly, for forgery and criminal attempt to obtain a controlled dangerous substance on June 25 in Paulsboro.
- Heather Stinsman of Williamstown, for wrongful impersonation and obtaining and using anothers identification, and tampering with records on June 20 in Washington Twp.
- Erin E. Clemenson, 21, of West Deptford, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on June 5 in Woodbury.
- Thomas F. Pierson Jr., 30, of Pine Hill, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on July 9 in Glassboro.
- Kimberly D. Pitcherello, 29, of Runnemede, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on June 3 in Deptford.
- Karrie J. Dill, 24, of Penns Grove, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and theft of unlawful taking on March 27 in Swedesboro.
