I think we could use a great bakery. One like Liscio's - baked goods, breads, dinners, small itailian market, etc.

The issue that is happening on Broad street is the demographics that the low end market will bring to the area. People will not be looking for upscale bakeries and coffee shops now. People will be attracted to places like the chicken place, etc

This location is too far from the courts and law offices to attract anyone working or using those buildings. So something low end to go along with the new low end market would be better

A clothing store like gap or old navy...

An architectural salvage store would be great in Woodbury, like those in New Orleans and the few in Philadelphia. They would inspire the plethora of old house owners in the area to restore their homes, creating a more beautified scenic town that would appeal to tourists. Woodbury needs to work with what it has and this is old Victorian era homes. If these looked as good as they could (think Cape May or New Orleans), then I'm convinced everything else would fall into place, such as business and restaurants coming to town! Let's work on the unique tourism potential that Woodbury has in store!
