I cannot believe what I am reading. Why is this man walking naked in my child's school??? The charge is unfortunate??? He was NAKED. I also understand that there was a Brownie troop meeting going on in the school, what if one of those girls had come out and seen this pervert, what a disgusting, disgraceful man and he is a public official of WD, well he shouldn't be anymore.

At 7:30 at night after a game of basketball when in your mind the only possible person who might "catch" you is one of your friends? At worst, stupid. But not lewd. I'd bet that there are very few, if any, readers of this article who haven't changed outside at some point in their lives after a workout, after work, after the beach, or some other situation.

When I first read the intro. to the article posting, I thought the man was wandering the halls, stark naked. I'm sure, after reading the comments, I wasn't alone. After reading the article, I do however see the truth. Unfortunately, again, after reading the comments, it appears that many read the intro & went no further.
So, my long winded comment is this. 1st of all, when driving passed a school, you look around for kids. If you see none, you continue @ the current rate of speed, because no kids are present & the speed zone does not apply, it goes by the presense of kids. So, just because this man was not putting on a show for a room full of kids, doesn't mean there was no risk of a kid seeing him. I can say that my son has, on more than one occasion, been found playing football behind Oakview. Even without an organized event. It is a public building/property.
Personally, I would fine him, ban him from public office & have him do some community service. Maybe have him clean the school restrooms. The school should also stop allowing people to use the gyms. One last thing, when I go to RW, I expect to find people in various stages of undress, use the family room, & protect my kids the best I'm able to. However, when they are in ANY kind of parking lot, I'm not prepared & neither are my kids. There is no arguement, no defence there.

This is about a Female who saw a man naked at her place of employment. She did not see him naked in the BOYS bathroom, or the BOYS locker room, she saw him naked in the ........PARKING LOT!. He should be charged and he should be found guilty and he should serve whatever a jury of his peers says he should serve. The Custodian rightfully brought this forward as she has rights and a duty to report on behalf of the children she serves. My hat off to her.

How is anybody defending this behavior?? It doesn't matter if there weren't any planned children events at the school. It's a public area. It was Oct 23 so 730 was pretty much still light out. so there could ahve been kids riding there bikes through the school or walking through from the High school. Don't custodians clean inside the school at night, and by 7:30pm in Oct, it was dark, so why was the female custodian out there? The article doesn't mention a video of the event. Issuing a summons is not proof of anything. If the police had not issued one, given this mans public standing, all hell would break loose and the police would be under fire. I’m seriously disgusted with what I’m reading on here. The facts are the facts. Why is this even an argument?? It was a reckless decision he made and indeed offended the custodian who caught him. I could care less WHY he was changing, there are restrooms/locker rooms provided for that reason. I could care less with WHO he is and WHO he was playing basketball with, which should have NO BEARING on right from wrong. Had this same exact situation took place except with a different individual, we wouldn’t be sitting here arguing morals and ethics. This has nothing to do with being republican or democrat, this has everything to do with an individual making a wrong decision, a decision that unfortunately for him will be handled in court. How do you know there is a video. You assume there is but you don't know. He was "caught" by the custodian. If there was a video, the article makes no mention of it. For all you know, he may have gone out to get his stuff and couldn't get back in because school doors are locked. Point is, you DON'T know and neither does anyone else commenting here. It's interesting to read how much this event has morphed into such a big deal. Guy plays basketball. Guy changes clothes at his car. Guy is seen by female custodian who is outside and confronts him (!?) Guy finishes changing and drives off. Police are called. Guy is cited. No walking around the school naked. OK, so Mr. Kintzing isn't the community poster child we all thought and isn't perfect by showing poor judgement, changing his clothes outside on public school grounds.

Based on what I've read so far it wasn't intentional lewdness. I'm sure he was simply changing his clothes and got caught by a custodian. How many other times has he done this and was never seen. He hedged his bet changing one more time and got caught. Lesson learned. Change your clothes in a locker room or drive home in your sweaty clothes.

there is proof on a video which i'm sure will be destroyed by court day because he will find someway or pay someone to lessen the charge to inexplicable nudity. if by chance he loses his job there looking for a lifeguard this summer at Sandy Beach.

So.... we have two opinions. Only the assumotion that Security camera's AND the Custodian's character and integrity prove without a doubt establish that Mr. Kintzing did in fact fully undress. They are basically - 1. It is NOT OK to fully undress in public, (including school grounds), and 2. It IS OK to fully undress in public, including school grounds, (but with the caveat that as long as employees and private citizens, including CHILDREN aren't around).

If opinion #2 is affirmed, it then begs the question: What are society's controls, (steps to protect the public, including school children), should a person undress HIM or HERSELF in public (your front lawn), and/or on Public Properties, (including school grounds)?

The privileged class do not feel they have to abide by the same rules And standards of behavior as the regular folks. They have a sense of entitlement to simply do as they please because they know they can without impunity most of the time. It will be interesting to see what now this case develops and the final results.

Also this is not about people being perfect. No one is perfect.
