It’s been a good couple of days to be a sophomore boys’ cross country runner at West Deptford High School.

Ray Parsons and Kevin Cianfarini, the Eagles’ top two sophs, finished first and third, respectively, at the South Jersey Track Coaches Association Sophomore Meet at Gloucester County College Monday.

Parsons, who finished 10th at the Gloucester County meet over the weekend, took the top spot with ease, finishing in 17:36–24 seconds ahead of his closest competition.
