Zumba is a Latin inspired, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning, dance fitness-party.  Jen is a licensed Zumba instructor and she loves Zumba.  The reason is simple - every class feels like a party!  So get up and get moving.  Keep up with the class or go at your own pace.

Your first class is FREE, then $7.00 for each class.

Classes are held every Monday and Tuesday night from 7-8pm at St. Michaels Mutual Club.
