Join the WD Junior Women's Club for their 2nd Annual 5k Run and One-Mile Halloween Family Fun Walk!
The 5K start time is 8:30 a.m. and the One-Mile Halloween Family Fun Walk, which includes trick or treating for kids in costume, will begin at 9:15 a.m.
Race registration will be at the pavillion behind the hockey courts at 7:30 a.m.

A $15 pre-registration fee for all 5K entries is available if postmarked prior to 10/14. Same-day registration will be $20.
A $10 pre-registration fee for all One-Mile Walk entries is available if postmarked prior to 10/14. Same day registration will be $15.
Trophies will be awarded to the top male and female overall finishers. Medallions will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each of the following categories: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49,50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
T-shirts will be provided to all those who are pre-registered and while supplies last the day of the event.

More About RiverWinds Comunity Center
What activities are there to do at the RiverWinds Community Center? The question you should be asking is what isn't there to do? The community center has many facilities including two pools (one with a water slide), two gymnasiums with a variety of fitness classes, a rock climbing wall, basketball and volleyball courts, among others. An outdoor amphitheater, arts and crafts programs, babysitting services, and meeting rooms are also available.
