Celebrating Success: GCC Foundation Awards More Than 100 Scholarships

Deptford Twp. – The Gloucester County College Foundation presented more than 100 awards to deserving students during its Supporting Student Success: Scholarship Recognition Ceremony Wednesday, Sept. 25.

Dr. Frederick Keating, president of GCC, provided an amiable introduction and welcomed recipients. Foundation President Robert McErlane and Director of Development Raymond Page awarded certificates to emerging scholars as family and friends looked on with pride.

In addition, donors who recently created new scholarships were recognized, including Patricia and Steven Copeland, Judith Jones and David Slack. Their generous gifts of $10,000 or more established endowments, which provide perpetual scholarship opportunities to future students who study at GCC.
