Forty-Fourth Police Academy Graduation Slated for July 9

Deptford Twp. – Twenty-six men will graduate from the Gloucester County Police Academy on Wednesday, July 9, at 6 p.m. in the Physical Education Center on the campus of Rowan College at Gloucester County (RCGC).

Police Academy Director Fred H. Madden will welcome family and friends of the graduates, as well as senior law enforcement professionals and college officials. RCGC President Frederick Keating and Board of Trustees Chairperson Gene Concordia will provide opening remarks. 

The keynote address will be presented by Chief Chris Wachter, of the Paulsboro Police Department.

Wachter, Keating and Concordia will award the diplomas to the 26 graduates representing Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Monmouth and Salem Counties as well as the New Jersey State Park Police and Delaware River Port Authority.

Burlington County: Joshua Favereaux, Willingboro; Brendon Griffin, Riverside; and John Carl Rossetti, Pemberton Township.

Camden County: Shane Beach, Pierre Francois Buchaillot, David F. Cutler, III and Fredy Uricoechea, Camden County Sheriff’s Department; and Kevin Crain, Cherry Hill.

Cape May County: John Dadura, Wildwood; Justin Glass, Stone Harbor; Derrik Murphy, Cape May; and Michael Nuscis, Lower Township.

Cumberland County: William Serrano, Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department; and Joshua Smith, Millville.

Gloucester County: Joshua Kerr, (Alternate Route) West Deptford; Ron Paglia and Giovanni Petrilli (Alternate Route) Washington Township; and Andrew Roberts, Glassboro.

Monmouth County: Sean Lampf, (Alternate Route) Long Branch.

Salem County: Brad Davenport and Zachary Inman, Pennsville.

New Jersey State Park Police: Zachary J. Van Fossen.

Delaware River Port Authority: John Harland, Daniel Mackley, Michael Perry and Justin Reader.

The Gloucester County Police Academy is located on the Rowan College at Gloucester County campus on Tanyard Road, Deptford, just off Exit 56 of Route 55.
