GCC Hosts Career Exploration Night Aug. 21 for Prospective Students

Deptford Twp. – The Gloucester County College Division of Continuing Education will host a Career Exploration Night Wednesday, Aug. 21 from 6 to 8 p.m.

Recent high school graduates and individuals interested in changing careers can obtain more information on such in-demand fields as allied health, information technology, transportation and logistics, food manufacturing and safety, and process technology.

Deciding on a career path can be a difficult process. The Career Exploration Night assists individuals who are not quite ready to begin an associate degree attain the professional credentials they need. Program coordinators will be on-hand to discuss career options and the steps necessary to achieve one’s goals. Individuals can also obtain more information on training programs available at GCC.

The GCC Division of Continuing Education offers an array of professional certifications in the areas of allied health, computer information technology, food science, safety, career-technical training and small business development.
