Now Enrolling: GCC Program Exclusively for Returning Adult Students

Deptford Twp. – Adults interested in returning to college are invited to apply for the Graduation Positioning Strategy (GPS) program at Gloucester County College to explore their options.

Unique to the needs of working adults, GPS is a grant-funded initiative that helps returning students navigate a path toward graduation.  Through the program students will receive supportive services and financial incentives to assist with degree completion, including one-on-one advisement with an “Education Navigator” to develop academic goals.

The GPS advisor works closely with students to create a personalized course sequence and make referrals to necessary support services. Students are matched with mentors based on their career aspirations and interests. Financial incentives provided by the program include book and supply vouchers, waivers and scholarships to help cover college fees. Child care assistance is also available.
