Roadrunner Mascot: Same Great Teams with a New Look

Deptford Twp. – Being named the “Best Two-Year Athletic Program in the Nation” four years in a row and receiving the prestigious Learfield Sports Directors' Cup for Best Junior College Athletic Program in the country for 2012-13 are outstanding achievements. So, as Gloucester County College prepares to change its name to Rowan College at Gloucester County, it is fitting that the school’s roadrunner mascot takes on a new collegiate appearance.

While the College’s name and the look of the mascot have changed, the Roadrunner athletic tradition with national championship teams, coaches and athletic director will remain the same.
