Royal Cracovia Opens with Celebration Benefitting Durand

Real Estate Developer Stanislaw “Stosh” Stachowski is opening his $3.5 million 250-seat European Bistro located at 510 White Horse Pike South in Magnolia, New Jersey, by throwing a lavish party on Thursday, October 24th from 6 to 9 p.m. to benefit Durand Academy & Community Services. Durand is a multi-service agency serving special needs children and adults throughout Southern New Jersey who attend Durand’s K-12 school in Woodbury, an Adult Services Training Center housed in the non-profit’s Mt. Laurel headquarters, a Training Thrift Shop and Center in Woodbury, group homes in Marlton, Cherry Hill, Willingboro and Delran, as well as workshops and respite provided to more than 250 families in Burlington, Camden and Gloucester counties Tickets to the affair cost $50 apiece and can be purchased by calling the restaurant at 856.282.3300.

“I’m really excited to finally open Royal Cracovia after more than two years of planning and construction,” said Stachowski. “I can’t think of a better way to introduce local foodies to my menu than by throwing a party that benefits Durand Academy & Community Services, which is a major innovator in teaching and guiding young people and adults with autism, developmental and learning disabilities throughout South Jersey to lead fuller, more independent lives.” According to Durand Chairman Richard Hoffman, “We are deeply honored to be the beneficiary of the Royal Cracovia Fundraiser and to share in the excitement of this beautiful new restaurant’s grand opening.” Durand CEO Raymond Cristofoletti, added, “As a non-profit serving the area’s growing population of individuals with autism and related disabilities, the public’s support is invaluable in helping us to maximize the potential of each one of our students and adult clients, assisting their families and benefitting the larger community. We greatly appreciate the gracious opportunity Mr. Stachowski is providing us to reach out to the public in such a wonderful new venue. ”

The menu for the evening will include a comprehensive tasting of Royal Cracovia’s Pierogies, which are produced in the restaurant’s state-of-the-art Pasta and Pierogie Laboratory, and a sampling of Chef Mirko Loeffler’s hand-crafted dishes indigenous to Poland, Russia, Germany and Austria, along with a variety of artisan wines and craft-brewed beers from the U.S. and Europe.
