Woodbury High School Interact Club Sends Homemade Cookies to Two Alumni Servicemen

The Interact Club of Woodbury High School is affiliated with Rotary International and its mission is service to others by working together to make a difference in our school, our community and our world.

Interact Club members have a tradition of baking for soldiers during the holiday season. This time, however, the soldiers have close Woodbury High School ties. Members recently baked homemade cookies in the high school cooking lab for a few hours after school.  They made approximately 27 dozen cookies which will be shipped to two recent alumni from the school, Craig Marks and Peter Lopez, who are in the Air Force stationed in Turkey and England, respectively. The club members proudly sent cookies and warm wishes to these servicemen who are far from home this holiday season.
