Woodbury Junior-Senior High School Will Be a Flu Clinic Site on 10/28

Gloucester County Freeholders have scheduled a free, open influenza clinic at Woodbury High School on Monday, Oct. 28 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. There are no out-of-pocket costs for this flu shot from the county, but proof of residency is required.

Complete a blank Flu Consent Form in advance, which is available online at www.gloucestercountynj.gov. Blank Flu Consent Forms will also be available at the clinic.

Children ages 6 months to 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Also, keep in mind that children under the age of 9 years, who are receiving flu immunization for the first time, need two shots. The second shot should be given one month after the first shot.
