ShopRite Unveils Cheerios Box Starring West Deptford Store Associates
Store associates Sheri Hock, of Woodbury, and Judy Rowan, of Sewell, will be featured on 125,000 special-edition Cheerios boxes.
A Cheerios box featuring a pair of West Deptford ShopRite employees was unveiled during a ceremony Tuesday at the store.
Store associates Sheri Hock, of Woodbury, and Judy Rowan, of Sewell, will be featured on 125,000 special-edition Cheerios boxes thanks to their participation in the "ShopRite Partners In Caring Annual Cheerios Contest" last September. Associates collected donations at check-out and held various events, raising $1.24 million to support regional food banks in communities served by ShopRite stores.
Mayor Raymond Chintall and Fire Marshal John Austin joined Sabine Mehnert of the South Jersey Food Bank and ShopRite representatives in honoring Hock and Rowan on Tuesday.
