SOMERSET, N.J. – Canal Walk has unquestionably vaulted to the top of the list of New Jersey’s most popular active adult communities with impressive milestone sales numbers that have skyrocketed upward in the first half of 2014, according to its developer Premier Development.

More than 40 new homes have been sold at the activity-rich neighborhood since the start of the New Year.  What’s more, over 30 homeowners have moved into the community in the past few months and are now enjoying the unparalleled country club lifestyle at Canal Walk.

Reserve North at Canal Walk, the collection of single-family homes, has led the way with strong sales recorded over the past several weeks as active adult homebuyers rush to take advantage of the final opportunities for single-family living at the well-established Canal Walk.  More than 50% of the final phase of residences have now been sold at Reserve North which represents the final 5% of single-family residences to ever be offered at Canal Walk.
