Drop-in classes are $15, but discounted class cards are available. Along with a yoga mat, students should bring a water bottle, large towel and hand towel, although all are available for either rent or purchase.

Those planning to attend a class should try to refrain from eating a large meal two hours beforehand, and it is important to drink plenty of water throughout the day, even if class isn't until 6 p.m. Arriving on time is crucial; for security purposes, Pavone locks the studio doors once class starts (although students may leave if necessary).
