NJ Transit Holding Open House on 55/42 Study

Potential mass transit improvements along the congested corridor into Philadelphia will be highlighted at NJ Transit's third open house on the study.

Members of the public who want to find out what NJ Transit is considering to help reduce congestion along the Route 55/42/676 corridor can weigh in on proposed alternatives at the organization’s third open house, which takes place Thursday in Camden.

NJ Transit’s study of potential improvements to bus service through the choked artery includes the possibility of bus rapid transit into Camden and Philadelphia, among other service improvements.

The open house will offer information about the study, as well as the chance to offer feedback on the suggested improvements.
