Incumbents Sweep South Jersey Legislative Races

Voters kept the status quo, reelecting incumbent candidates in both the Senate and Assembly in the Third, Fourth, Sixth and Seventh districts Tuesday.

Incumbents coasted to victory in many of South Jersey’s legislative races Tuesday, according to results provided by the Associated Press to NJ.com.

In our region, the unofficial results were as follows (some districts did not have 100 percent of precincts reporting at press time):
