West Deptford Free Public Library, 420 Crown Point Road, West Deptford, NJ, has a new Events for Everyone program called PAWS for Reading!, www.PAWSforPeople.org. Children can read aloud to a therapy dog or cat... a one-on-one, positive reading experience with a gentle, affectionate, well-trained pet. The program will be held on Wednesday evenings, 6:30 p.m., starting February 13, March 13, and March 27. Register for a reading time slot.
