Current Tribeca Festival Films Available On Demand

Four of the most buzz-worthy new films debuting at the Tribeca Film Festival are available on Xfinity On Demand.

Can’t get to New York for the Tribeca Film Festival this weekend? Luckily, Xfinity TV customers have special access to the festival On Demand. This includes four films making their debut at this year’s Tribeca Film Festival: The English Teacher, Fresh Meat, What Richard Did, and Greetings from Tim Buckley. Past Tribeca Film favorites are also available including Newlyweds, Grave Encounters, Janie Jones, Struck by Lightning, and over a dozen more. 

Through April 22, customers also have access to the independent feature Death of a Superhero on Xfinity.com/TV and through the Xfinity TV Player App. If you haven’t tried watching TV this way, do it now! I can’t see my TV from the kitchen but now I watch shows on my laptop while I’m doing the dishes. Suddenly, I don’t mind pre-rinsing so much.

  • The English Teacher – Julianne Moore stars as an English teacher who lives vicariously through her novels.  But when an unintended tryst with a former student goes public, her simple life is turned upside down. Also starring Greg Kinnear and Nathan Lane.
  • Greetings from Tim Buckley – In the days leading up to Jeff Buckley's (Penn Badgley, Gossip Girl) performance at a tribute concert for his late father Tim Buckley, he learns to forgive the father who abandoned him and finds romance with a fellow musician.
  • What Richard Did – Richard is a popular HS graduate with a bright future, lots of friends and a beautiful girlfriend. But when a brawl after a house party ends with deadly consequences, his perfect life is changed forever.
