10 Years for Express Mart, Citgo, Sunoco Robber

Samuel P. Ingalls was sentenced to 10 years in a trio of robberies from 2011.

A Camden man who helped hold up a pair of gas stations and a convenience store in 2011 was sentenced Friday to 10 years in state prison, the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office reported.

Twenty-one-year-old Samuel P. Ingalls, who has been in custody since January 13, pleaded guilty to a pair of first-degree armed robbery charges back in April. 

Ingalls was involved in robberies of the Sunoco station on Mantua Ave. in Woodbury and of a Citgo station and the Express Food Mart on Delsea Drive in Deptford.

He must serve 85 percent of his prison term before he becomes parole-eligible, the Prosecutor's Office said in a statement.
