Alleged Greenfield Heights Burglar Indicted for Jewelry Theft

Christopher S. Cooper was indicted on two charges connected to the November 2011 break-in.

A West Deptford man who allegedly stole jewelry after burglarizing a friend’s house in Greenfield Heights in November 2011 has been indicted on charges related to that incident.

Christopher S. Cooper, 30, was indicted by a county grand jury on third-degree burglary and third-degree theft by unlawful taking charges last week.

arrested Cooper about a week after the Nov. 11 burglary on Lauderdale Drive, where . Cooper was caught in part because he pawned at a local cash-for-gold dealer, and police were able to trace the sale back to him.
