Police said both men were involved in the Nov. 10, 2011, burglary on Cambridge Drive, where they allegedly slipped into the home of one of Troughton's acquaintances and stole an Xbox and a Playstation.

They were arrested less than a week later, after West Deptford police found the video game systems at a local used dealer and tracked the thefts back to the two men.

Nelson, who was released on a summons after being arrested by West Deptford police, was also indicted on charges of burglary related to incidents after that first one in West Deptford.

He was indicted on seven counts of burglary, three counts of theft by unlawful taking and a single count of conspiracy to commit burglary for alleged burglaries in Pitman on Nov. 26, 27 and 30 and Dec. 2, 3 and 4, 2011.

An indictment is a formal charge and is not indicative of guilt or innocence.
