Alleged West Deptford Heritage's Robber Arrested Again
Woodbury resident Branden Potter, 19, failed to appear for a court date related to the August 2012 armed robbery of a West Deptford Heritage's.
A Woodbury man charged in the August 2012 armed robbery of a West Deptford Heritage's store was arrested again today after failing to appear in court.
Branden Potter, free on a bail bond back since May, neglected to turn up for a pre-arraignment hearing Aug. 7, which sent the Fugitive Investigation Unit of the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office after him.
He was picked up in Audubon on Friday without incident, according to a statement from the prosecutor's office.
The fugitive unit also arrested 29-year-old Mantua resident Maureen P. Gray for failing to appear in court on June 24. Gray is accused of having opened a PayPal account in another person’s name and making an $823 purchase.
Potter and Gray were held without bail.
