Assault by Auto, Sexual Assault Among Gloucester County Indictments

The following individuals were indicted on the indicated charges by a Gloucester County grand jury last week:

• Anthony M. Desalis, 49, of National Park, for assault by automobile while intoxicated in a school zone on Jan. 13 in West Deptford.
• Glen K. Williams, 22, of Williamstown, for sexual assault of a victim between the ages of 13 and 16 who is more than four years younger than the defendant and endangering the welfare of a child on Nov. 16, 2011, in Monroe Township.
• Lamar S. Lambert, 34, of Newfield, for sexual assault of a victim between the ages of 16 and 18 who he had a supervisory role over on dates in July 201 in Franklin Township.
• Louis J. Dougherty, 24, of Williamstown, for receiving stolen property on Aug. 29, 2011, in Monroe Township.
• Michael T. Bergholtz Jr., 18, of Williamstown, for two counts of burglary and two counts of receiving stolen poperty on April 3 in Washington Township.
• Edward V. Underwood, 21, of Williamstown, for receiving stolen property on April 3 in Washington Township.
• Anthony M. Driver, 23, of Gibbstown, for burglary and conspiracy on April 18 in Paulsboro.
• Penny L. Driver, 49, of Gibbstown, for burglary and conspiracy on April 18 in Paulsboro.
• Mark R. Meyer, 19, of Glassboro, for burglary and criminal mischief on April 28 in Glassboro.
• David A. Walton, 29, of Wenonah, for burglary, theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy on Feb. 28 in Elk Township.
• Ryan E. Urbanek, 24, of Pitman, for burglary, theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy on Feb. 28 in Elk Township.
• Lester R. Fowler, 29, of Newfield, for failing to notify of an address change as a sex offender on Feb. 29 in Franklin Township.
• Robert J. Vaughn, 42, of Franklinville, for failing to notify of an address change as a sex offender on Feb. 29 in Franklin Township.
• Keith W. Burden, 35, of Franklinville, for failing to notify of an address change as a sex offender on Feb. 28 in Franklin Township.
• Rhonda L. Shields, 51, of Westville, for assault by automobile on Dec. 26, 2011, in Mantua.
• Zachary E. West, 21, of Sewell, for receiving stolen property on March 6 in Washington Township.
• Eric R. Wallace, 36, of Williamstown, for assault by automobile on March 10 in Franklin Township.
• Anthony A. Johns, 29, of Secane, PA, for shoplifting and resisting arrest on April 18 in Deptford.
• Lot Webber Jr., 42, of Mullica Hill, for shoplifting between March 16 and March 28 in Mantua.
• Zachary E. West, 21, of Sewell, for three counts of burglary, two counts of theft by unlawful taking and two counts of criminal mischief on Feb. 14 and Feb. 29 in Monroe Township.
• Geddy Sanders, 22, of Erial, for theft by unlawful taking on April 23 in Monroe Township.
