Assault, Possession and Burglary Among Grand Jury Indictments

The following information was provided by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office.

The following were indicted by a grand jury last week:

  • Michael P. Sawyer, 31, of Turnersville, for two counts of vehicular homicide and two counts of assault by an automobile by driving drunk in school zone on July 7, 2012, in Washington Township.
  • Joshua M. Townsend, 19, of Camden, for theft by unlawful taking on July 26, 2012, in Elk Township.
  • James H. Parish, 20, of Turnersville, for manufacturing, distributing and dispensation of  marijuana greater than 1 ounce and less than 5 pounds, and distributing, dispensation and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a school zone on May 23, 2012, in Pitman.
  • Ronald F. Gilliam, of Sewell, for operating a motor vehicle during a suspended license on July 5, 2012, in South Harrison.
  • Joseph L. Fitzgerald, 21, of Westville, for robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery on July 5, 2012, in Deptford.
  • Anthony P. Gellura, 26, of Westville, for robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery on July 5, 2012, in Deptford.
  • Kelly A. Ciancaglini, 43, of Woodbury Heights, for theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief in between dates Dec. 8, 2009, and Feb. 1, 2011, in National Park.
  • Neftali Delgado, 34, of Collingswood, for conspiracy to commit burglary on Oct. 12, 2012, in Deptford.
  • Eljai Devoureau, 40, of Reading, PA, for conspiracy to commit burglary on Oct. 12, 2012, in Deptford.
  • Anthony J. Petersen, 42, of Collingswood, for conspiracy to commit burglary on Oct. 12, 2012, in Deptford.
  • Glendia Hall, 41, of Mount Laurel, for theft by deception by false impersonation and tampering with records between the dates of May 4, 2007 and May 2012 in Swedesboro.
  • Eric F. Bush, 22, of Swedesboro, for possession of marijuana less than five grams, manufacturing, distributing and dispensation of marijuana more than 1 ounce and less than 5 pounds, and hindering prosecution on April 14, 2012, in Woolwhich Township.
  • Denise C. Gillardon-Brown, 46, of Marlton, for two counts of unlawful theft by taking, conspiracy to commit unlawful theft by taking, and hindering prosecution on dates in between January 2007 and September 2010 in East Greenwich.
  • Robert C. Grasso, 54, of Eastport, NY, for two counts of theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking, and hindering prosecution on dates in between January 2007 and September 2010 in East Greenwich.
  • Bryan S. Herman, 19, of Bridgeton, for assault by an automobile on June 2, 2012, in Franklinville.
  • Raymond C. Keller, 25, of Quinton, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on April 11, 2012.
  • Alfred S. Amechi, 60, of Turnersville, for aggravated assault causing bodily injury, possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes and possession of a stun gun on May 15, 2012, in Washington Township.
  • Thomas R. Ault Jr., 53, of Williamstown, for aggravated assault causing bodily injury, possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, and possession of a stun gun on May 15, 2012, in Washington Township.
  • Geovanny J. Cano-Cruz, 20, of Vineland, for endangering an impaired of helpless person and assault by an automobile on June 15, 2012, in Franklinville. 

An indictment is a formal charge, not a ruling or admission of guilt.
