Donovan was charged with theft by deception after she reportedly deposited a $2,840 check from a closed account at a West Deptford TD Bank in August 2012. She then withdrew $2,649, according to the prosecutor’s office, causing a loss for TD Bank. She was indicted on the charge on June 19 by a Gloucester County grand jury.

Anyone who knows Donovan’s whereabouts should not attempt to apprehend her. Instead, contact the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office at 856-384-5643 or GCPO Sgt. Barry Johnson at 856-498-5485.
