Burglary, Drug Charges Among Gloucester County Indictments

The following information was provided by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following individuals were indicted on the indicated charges by a Gloucester County grand jury last week:

  • Edward B. Angelini, 41, of Mantua, for four counts of burglary and two counts of criminal attempted burglary on March 9 in West Deptford.
  • Paul M. Ludwig, 35, of West Deptford, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Feb. 1 in Mantua.
  • Michael J. Hoban, 27, of Westville, for aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest and criminal mischief on March 2 in Westville.
  • Duane W. Barlow, 58, of National Park, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Jan. 19 in Woodbury.
  • Daniel D. Marsella, 25, of Sewell, for theft by unlawful taking on Jan. 17 in Washington Township.
  • Ronald W. Poteat, 57, of Glassboro, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute in a school zone, possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public park or housing project on Jan. 7 in Glassboro.
  • Gary D. Lloyd, 57, of Williamstown, for receiving stolen property on Feb. 6 in Monroe Township.
  • Francis K. Smith, 32, of Sicklerville, for shoplifting on March 19 in Washington Township.
  • Samuel K. Davis, 45, of Paulsboro, for criminal trespass on Feb. 12 in Paulsboro.
  • Emanuel L. Graham, 32, of Paulsboro, for three counts of aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer and a single count of resisting arrest on Feb. 28 in Paulsboro.
  • Darren T. Mays, 35, of Willingboro, for eluding police by failing to stop on Jan. 30 in Pitman.
  • Michael A. Collins, 41, of Clayton, for making a false report to incriminate another on Jan. 24 in Clayton.
  • Maurice B. Martin, 31, of Paulsboro, for possession of marijuana and possession of between one ounce and five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute on Jan. 11 in Paulsboro.
  • Heinrich W. Weber II, 62, of Gibbstown, for burglary and theft by unlawful taking on Feb. 15 in Greenwich Township.
  • Carmine M. Daiutolo Jr., 21, of Mantua, for theft by unlawful taking on Jan. 20 in Mantua.
  • Nicole M. Sprague, 28, of Berlin, for burglary on Jan. 25 in Glassboro.
  • Brandon G. Bagwell, 21, of Sicklerville, for unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a defaced weapon and possession of a weapon by certain person not permitted to have weapons on March 9 in Glassboro.
  • Daryl J.Mancini, 38, of Little Egg Harbor, for criminal attempt to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud on Jan. 3 in Washington Township.
  • Richard  T. Martin Jr., 43, of Sicklerville, for criminal attempt to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud on Jan. 3 in Washington Township.
  • Ashley N. Carr, 24, of Glassboro, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute in a school zone, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public park or housing project and possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute on Oct. 27, 2011, in Glassboro.
  • William W. Walls, 26, of Glassboro, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute in a school zone, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public park or housing project and possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute on Oct. 27, 2011, in Glassboro.
  • Brian Rowe, 32, of Glassboro, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Oct. 27, 2011, in Glassboro.
  • Jennifer L. Lostritto, 28, of Greenwich Township, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Jan. 13 in Greenwich Township.
  • Jerel H. Williams, 24, of Harrison Township, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Aug. 18, 2010, in Harrison Township.
  • Samantha L. Munyon, 22, of Glassboro, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute on Nov. 4, 2010, in Glassboro.
  • Lauren M. Ciraolo, 28, of Philadelphia, for forgery and conspiracy on Dec. 21, 2011, in Deptford.
  • James K. Forbes, 27, of Fairless Hills, PA, for forgery and conspiracy on Dec. 21, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Tyler T. Murray, 20, of Turnersville, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Jan. 12 in Washington Township.
  • Christian C. Benyard, 21, of Glassboro, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Dec. 2, 2011, in Glassboro.
  • Tiffany J. Brandon, 24, of Gibbstown, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Jan. 13 in Woodbury.
  • Charles T. Franklin, 27, of Swedesboro, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Jan. 14 in Logan Township.
  • Marcus A. Davis, 27, of Glassboro, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance within 500 feet of a public park or housing project, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a school zone and possession of less than five grams of marijuana on Nov. 4, 2011, in Glassboro.
