Burglary, Drug Charges Top Gloucester County Indictments

The following information was provided by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following individuals were indicted on the indicated charges by a Gloucester County grand jury last week:

  • Shawn M. Wilcox, 31, of West Deptford, for receiving stolen property on Aug. 31, 2011, in West Deptford.
  • Christopher S. Cooper, 30, of West Deptford, for burglary and theft by unlawful taking on Nov. 11, 2011, in West Deptford.
  • Daniel J. Gill IV, 28, of Wenonah, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Aug. 19, 2011, in West Deptford.
  • Jason G. Chisholm, 24, of Thorofare, for receiving stolen property on Sept. 6, 2011, in West Deptford.
  • Jonathan N. Incorvati, 26, of Thorofare, for receiving stolen property on Sept. 6, 2011, in West Deptford.
  • Emmanuel S. Barbot, 19, of Thorofare, for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana with the intent to distribute on Oct. 27, 2011, in West Deptford.
  • Edward T. King Jr., 18, of Thorofare, for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana with the intent to distribute on Oct. 27, 2011, in West Deptford.
  • Christine M. Kirk, 40, of Gloucester City, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Oct. 5, 2011, in West Deptford.
  • Walter T. Padulese, 35, of National Park, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Oct. 8, 2011, in West Deptford.
  • Richard J. Rowan Jr., 28, of Wenonah, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Aug. 20, 2011, in West Deptford.
  • Katelyn M. Hempsey, 23, of Westville, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Oct. 9, 2011, in West Deptford.
  • Daniel Robinson, 36, of Philadelphia, for possession of more than an ounce of marijuana with the intent to distribute on Sept. 14, 2011, in West Deptford.
  • Michelle L. Howe, 39, of Deptford, for aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer on Sept. 30, 2011, in Woodbury.
  • Ryland A. Bowens, 29, of Camden, for forgery, theft by deception and receiving stolen property on Aug. 22, 2011, in Woodbury Heights.
  • Angela M. Natale, 20, of Moorestown, for shoplifting on Sept. 24, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Rosemary S. Phillips, 37, of Moorestown, for shoplifting on Sept. 24, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Damien J. Fitzpatrick, 19, of Maple Shade, for shoplifting on June 28, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Luis A. Rosado, 51, of Vineland, for robbery, aggravated assault with a firearm, possession of a defaced firearm, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon by a person not allowed to possess a weapon on Dec. 3, 2011, in Monroe Township.
  • Robert M. Watkins, 23, of Erial, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and shoplifting on Sept. 29, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Joseph B. Sweeney, 28, of Paulsboro, for criminal attempt to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud on Oct. 24, 2011, in Paulsboro.
  • Mathew E. Sweeney, 25, of Paulsboro, for criminal attempt to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud on Oct. 24, 2011, in Paulsboro.
  • Kevin L. Thomas, 49, of Philadelphia, for criminal attempt to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud on Nov. 2, 2011, in Logan Township.
  • Teresa Alicea, 42, of West Deptford, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Sept. 3, 2011, in Logan Township.
  • Jennifer L. Whetstone, 18, of Atlanta, GA, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on June 28, 2011, in East Greenwich.
  • Katarina Gutierrez, 20, of Katy, TX, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on June 28, 2011, in East Greenwich.
  • Damien Sheffey, 27, of Shirley, NY, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on June 28, 2011, in East Greenwich.
  • Michael L. Maynes Jr., 29, of Mastic, NY, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on June 28, 2011, in East Greenwich.
  • Tynell E. Johnson, 22, of Wenonah, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute, resisting arrest and obstructing the administration of law on July 12, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Richard M. Russo, 47, of Gibbstown, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on July 16, 2011, in Paulsboro.
  • Jacquelin Biddle, 59, of Pennsauken, for criminal attempt to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud on Aug. 17, 2011, in Monroe Township.
  • Corey O. Nobles, 18, of Glassboro, for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a school zone with the intent to distribute on Nov. 1, 2011, in Glassboro.
  • Timothy J. Haines, 23, of Franklinville, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on July 6, 2011, in Franklin Township.
  • Jesse B. Helms, 36, of Glassboro, for eight counts of burglary, eight counts of fourth-degree theft by unlawful taking, two counts of third-degree theft by unlawful taking and two counts of receiving stolen property on Oct. 7, 2011, in Clayton.
  • Amir H. Bennett, 33, of Millville, for possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of more than an ounce of marijuana with the intent to distribute on Sept. 29, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Michael T. Polisano, 51, of Williamstown, for criminal attempted burglary on Sept. 21, 2011, in Franklin Township.
  • Cecil E. Barrett, 43, of Pennsauken, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Oct. 4, 2011, in Washington Township.
  • Michael R. Hoban, 27, of Westville, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Aug. 24, 2011, in Westville.
  • Joshua I. Hackett, 19, of Pilesgrove, for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a school zone with the intent to distribute on Sept. 8, 2011, in Glassboro.
  • Thomas J. Boychuck, 24, of Williamstown, for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose on July 3, 2011, in Monroe Township.
