Burglary, Robbery and Theft Among Grand Jury Indictments

The following information was provided by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office.

The following were indicted by a grand jury last week:

  • Richard J. Wileczek, 35, of Deptford, for operation of a motor vehicle during a license suspension on Sept. 21, 2012, in West Deptford.
  • Eugene S. Williams, 39, of West Deptford, for sex offender failure to notify a change of address on July 3, 2012, in West Deptford.
  • Wezi Lungu, 35, of Sicklerville, for fraudulent use of a credit card on July 18, 2012, in Monroe Township.
  • Nyuma Lungu, 35, of Sicklerville, for fraudulent use of a credit card on July 18, 2012, in Monroe Township.
  • Andrew S. Kozik, 19, of Quakertown, PA, for burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary on Aug. 8, 2012, in Franklinville.
  • Adam W. Pfeffer, 19, of Williamstown, for burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary on Aug. 8, 2012, in Franklinville.
  • Charles L. Walker III, 32, of Woodbury, for operation of a motor vehicle during a license suspension o Aug. 25, 2012, in Monroe Township.
  • David A. Peacock, 23, of North Chester, VA, for theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking on Aug. 4, 2012, in Monroe Township.
  • Robert L. Hutchinson III, 22, of Richmond, VA, for theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking on Aug. 4, 2012, in Monroe Township.
  • Darrin Schauer, 48, of Franklinville, for operation of a motor vehicle during a license suspension on May 10, 2012, in Clayton.
  • Robert Z. Cannon, 23, of Williamstown, for theft by deception and false impersonation on Aug. 25, 2012, in Monroe Township.
  • Alexandria Cianciotti, 19, of Sewell, for robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery and theft by unlawful taking on Aug. 6, 2012, in National Park.
  • Markis T. Harrison, 22, of Marlton, for robbery, theft by unlawful taking and possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes on Aug. 6, 2012, in National Park.
  • Michael E. Cagle Jr., 38, of Paulsboro, for unlawful possession of a weapon on Aug. 25, 2012, in Paulsboro.
  • Robery Bell, 38, of Williamstown, for criminal attempted murder, possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, unlawful possession of a weapon-handgun, aggravated assault, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on July 26, 2012, in Franklinville.
  • Patrick M. Shaw, 41, of Cherry Hill, for theft by unlawful taking on July 24, 2012, in Westville.
  • Eugenio Morales, 43, of Vineland, for eluding on Aug. 16, 2012, in Franklinville.
  • Robert J. Dean, 28, of Thorofare, for operation of a motor vehicle during a license suspension on Aug. 27, 2012, in Deptford.
  • Josie M. Morice, 21, of Wenonah, for burglary and criminal trespass on Aug. 14, 2012, in Deptford.
  • Lauren N. Robbins, 26, of Deptford, for unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a controlled dangerous substance on March 26, 2011, in Deptford.
  •  Vincent J. Reily IIII, 27, of Deptford, for assault by auto and unlawful possession of a weapon on March 26, 2011 in Deptford.
  • Michael P. Ricci, 22, of Maple Shade, for driving with a suspended license resulting in an accident and serious injury on June 19, 2012, in Mantua.
  • Johnathan F. Alfred, 34, of Mantua, for burglary on Aug. 18, 2012, in Mantua.
  • Adam M. Mallon, 20, of Clayton, for two counts of burglary and two counts of theft by unlawful taking on Aug. 24, 2012, and Aug. 25, 2012, in Monroe Township.
  • Jelani T. Lewis, 19, of Lindewold, for burglary and theft by unlawful taking on Aug. 24, 2012, and Aug. 25, 2012, in Monroe Township.
  • Moses Rios, 31, of Vineland, for eluding and receiving stolen property on July 30, 2012, in Franklinville.
  •  Kenneth J. Diluigi, 54, of Sewell, for impersonating a law enforcement officer on June 26, 2012, in Washington Township.  

An indictment is a formal charge. It does not indicate guilt.
