Child Abuse, Drug Charges Top Gloucester County Indictments

The following information was provided by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following individuals were indicted on the indicated charges by a Gloucester County grand jury last week:

  • Sarah K. Zabel, 30, of West Deptford, for child abuse by neglect on Jan. 22 in West Deptford.
  • Luis J. Rivera, 28, of Penns Grove, for two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance on May 21 in West Deptford.
  • Billy Orsini, 27, of Woodbury, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on April 18 in West Deptford.
  • Michael S. Sorrentino, 26, of Bellmawr, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on April 30 in West Deptford.
  • James Hill, 31, of Carneys Point, for possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of between an ounce and five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute on July 2 in West Deptford.
  • John J. Sarvent, 24, of Pilesgrove, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on May 3 in West Deptford.
  • Mark D. Brown, 29, of Salem, for possession of between an ounce and a pound of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of a controlled dangerous substance within 500 feet of a public park or housing project on June 3 in Glassboro.
  • King M. Seals, 29, of Penns Grove, for possession of between an ounce and a pound of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of a controlled dangerous substance within 500 feet of a public park or housing project on June 3 in Glassboro.
  • Christopher Kapral, 27, of Frankinville, for one count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and two counts of possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute on May 26 in Franklin Township.
  • Yesenia M. Enriquez, 24, of Camden, for forgery and criminal attempt to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud on May 12 in Logan Township.
  • Scott A. Tennett, 20, of Sicklerville, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on May 29 in Washington Township.
  • Alicin J. Kuloszewski, 24,of Edmeston, NY, for two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance on July 10 in Franklin Township.
  • Joshua R. Jenkins, 24, of Mt. Royal, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on June 2 in Franklin Township.
  • Freddie Moss III, 20, of Williamstown, for resisting arrest, obstructing the administration of law and possession of a controlled dangerous substance on June 27 in Monroe Township.
  • Karen L. Beaudet, 43, of New Castle, DE, for forgery and criminal attempt to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud on May 2 in Logan Township.
  • JC L. Clement, 22, of Westville, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute on May 7 in Deptford.
  • Jeffrey L. Green, 25, of Westville, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute on May 7 in Deptford.
  • Shanon D. Reese, 39, of Camden, for forgery and criminal attempt to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud on April 20 in Deptford.
  • Ryan G. Schwartz, 21, of Swedesboro, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on July 12 in East Greenwich.
  • David D. Davis, 24, of Woodbury, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on June 26 in Westville.
  • Carl W. Hunter Jr., 34, of Brooklawn, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, obstructing the administration of law and resisting arrest on June 8 in Woodbury.
  • Darwish L. Green, 23, of Monroeville, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on June 4 in Elk Township.
  • Julius S. Black, 24, of Glassboro, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on May 26 in Glassboro.
  • Rene A. Berben, 26, of Deptford, for vehicular homicide and assault by automobile on March 19 in Deptford.
  • Robert Cannon, 22, of Landisville, for forgery on June 20 in Washington Township.
  • David Peister, 19, of Belle Mead, NJ, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana with the intent to distribute and two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance on May 5 in Glassboro.
  • Robert Armentani II, 23, of Mullica Hill, for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public park on June 1 in Harrison Township.
  • Sean R. Gray-Clanton, 19, of Mullica Hill, for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public park on June 1 in Harrison Township.
  • Jeffrey Aponte, 26, of Camden, for two counts of unlawful possession of a weapon, two counts of second-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, a single count of fourth-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, a single count of possession of dum-dum bullets, a single count of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana with the intent to distribute and a single count of possession of a weapon by a person not entitled to possess a weapon on April 23 in Mantua.
  • Kristopher B. Gascot, 26, of Camden, for two counts of unlawful possession of a weapon, two counts of second-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, a single count of fourth-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, a single count of possession of dum-dum bullets, and a single count of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana with the intent to distribute on April 23 in Mantua.
  • Jamell C. Council, 30, of Woodbury, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana or cocaine with the intent to distribute on May 3 in Woodbury.
  • Andre M. Horne, 41, of Sicklerville, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on May 11 in Monroe Township.
  • Demetris R. Williams, 25, of Sicklerville, for two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and single counts of possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute in a school zone on April 22 in Woodbury.
  • Paul E. Black III, 26, of Glassboro, for possession of marijuana, possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute in a school zone and possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public park on March 24 in Glassboro.
