Child Porn, Drugs Charges Among Gloucester County Indictments

The following individuals were indicted on the indicated charges by a Gloucester County grand jury last week:

• Joel D. Merriel, 45, of Wenonah, for two counts of endangering the welfare of a child by making and possessing child pornography on Nov. 15, 2010, in Deptford.
• Charles K. Riley, 44, of Philadelphia, for hindering apprehension, obstructing the administration of law, eluding police, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute on April 16, 2003, in Paulsboro.
• Carl F. Ogborne III, 51, of Swedesboro, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on April 27 in West Deptford.
• John P. Felmey III, 28, of Swedesboro, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on April 13 in West Deptford.
• Richard B. Buckingham, 33, of Pennsville, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on May 12 in West Deptford.
• Tippy J. Kunze, 38, of Carneys Point, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on May 12 in West Deptford.
• George A. Zane, 45, of Wilmington, DE, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on March 26 in West Deptford.
• Shaunette R. Woods, 23, of Williamstown, for possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute and possession of a controlled dangerous substance on May 20 in Monroe Township.
• Alex W. Ibbeken, 25, of Collingswood, for criminal attempt to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud on March 17 in Monroe Township.
• Byron A. Moore, 22, of Millville, for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana with the intent to distribute on April 21 in Glassboro.
• Deidre M. Bernard, 26, of Turnersville, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of less than an ounce of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute on July 24 in Washington Township.
• Justin C. Gallagher, 26, of Turnersville, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of less than an ounce of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute on July 24 in Washington Township.
• Rasheed Byrd, 37, of Philadelphia, for criminal attempt to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud, hindering prosecution and forging an ID on April 15 in Clayton.
• Robert Morgan, 58, of Camden, for criminal attempt to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud on March 4 in Pitman.
• Christian D. Morrison, 23, of Swedesboro, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on March 25 in Monroe Township.
• Amy S. Mauger, 29, of Franklinville, for theft by unlawful taking and two counts of attempting to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud on Oct. 11 and Nov. 11, 2010, in Woodbury.
• Marcus J. Chandler, 25, of Wilmington, DE, for possession of marijuana and possession of between one ounce and five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute on May 9 in Deptford.
• Earl S. Henry, 26, of Wilmington, DE, for possession of marijuana and possession of between one ounce and five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute on May 9 in Deptford.
• Willie F. Moore Jr., 45, of Wilmington, DE, for possession of marijuana and possession of between one ounce and five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute on May 9 in Deptford.
• Jessica E. Nacke, 18, of Gloucester City, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on April 15 in Deptford.
• Tabitha L. Phillips, 41, of Gloucester City, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on April 29 in Deptford.
• Jeanpaul F. Clouthier, 23, of Williamstown, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on July 3 in Deptford.
• Stephen M. Orr, 32, of Bear, DE, for criminal attempt to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud on April 28 in Logan Township.
• Thomas J. Martin Jr., 34, of Logan Township, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on May 6 in Logan Township.
• William R. Sherwood Jr., 30, of Glassboro, for two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance on April 22 in Westville.
• Nicholas A. Leach, 43, of Warminster, PA, for vehicular homicide on June 28, 2008, in Deptford.
• Gary L. Hummer, 61, of Williamstown, for assault by automobile on Dec. 30, 2010, in Monroe Township.
• Michael J. McConville, 44, of Woodbury, for theft by illegal retention on June 20, 2010, in Deptford.
• Michael Gallaher, of Lower Alloways Creek, for theft by illegal retention on April 4 in East Greenwich.
• Russell Langston, 44, of Franklinville, for theft by illegal retention on Sept. 22, 2010, in Woodbury.
