Nine Arrested in County Prosecutor's Roundup

Three of those arrested were wanted in connection with alleged crimes in Woodbury.

A recent Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office roundup of wanted people included three men sought for Woodbury incidents.

Moving into his new apartment wasn’t a stress-free ocassion for Frankie B. Ingalls, 34, who was arrested after three days at his new Bellmawr residence after he failed to appear in court. Ingalls was due to appear June 14 to answer to charges of assaulting a police officer and nine narcotics counts.

Ingalls was arrested Thursday and held without bail.

The prosecutor’s office’s Guns, Gangs and Narcotics Task Force on Thursday also arrested Enio Palma y Palma, 38, in Woodbury on three counts of resisting arrest.  He was released on his own recognizance.

Reginald C. Liles, 46, of Woodbury, also was arrested on a Woodbury possession of marijuana charge. His bail was set at $10,000.

The three were part of a nine-person roundup of men wanted on various charges in Gloucester County. The others arrested were:

  • Marcus Graham, 27, of Paulsboro, wanted on charges of unlawful possession of a handgun, possession of hollow-point bullets, certain persons not to have weapons, terroristic threats and receiving stolen property. Bail: $10,000
  • Yahmeen J. Johnson, 27, of Paulsboro, wanted on a counterfeiting charge out of Paulsboro. Bail: $1,000
  • Jeffrey Robinson, 37, of Paulsboro, wanted on an East Greenwich Township narcotics distribution charge. Bail: $25,000
  • James Solice, 28, of Williamstown, charged with absconding from parole following sentencing for endangering the welfare of a child. No bail.
  • Todd Olsen Trowbridge, 43, and Christopher Michael Farren, 40, of the same address in Mullica Hill, wanted on charges of possession of cocaine and CDS paraphernalia in Harrison Township. Both were released on their own recognizance.
