Deptford Men Charged with Attempted Murder Among Week's Indictments

The following individuals were indicted by a Gloucester County grand jury last week:

• Kenneth Jernegan, 50, of Deptford, for attempted murder, aggravated assault resulting in serious bodily injury and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose on Aug. 23, 2010, in Deptford.
• Dennis McCall, 48, of Deptford, for attempted murder and aggravated assault resulting in serious bodily injury on Aug. 23, 2010, in Deptford.
• Matthew McCall, 18, of Deptford, for attempted murder and aggravated assault resulting in serious bodily injury on Aug. 23, 2010, in Deptford.
• Lori A. Hummel, 39, of Gloucester City, for murder, felony murder, robbery, possession of  a weapon for an unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of a weapon on Dec. 5 or 6, 2010, in Westville.
• Terrill A. Battle, 20, of Woodbury, for two counts of forgery and two counts of theft by unlawful taking on Aug. 14, 2010, in West Deptford.
• Edward Silver III, 52, of Turnersville, for failing to register as a sex offender on Aug. 15, 2010, in Washington Township.
• Geoffrey S. Killough, 23, of Williamstown, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and manufacturing, distributing or dispensing marijuana on Oct. 12, 2010, in Williamstown.
• William D. Boylan, 29, of Glassboro, for carjacking, robbery and theft by unlawful taking on Oct. 31, 2010, in Glassboro.
• Richard N. Dwight, 20, of Newfield, for five counts of burglary, three counts of theft by unlawful taking, two counts of receiving stolen property and a single count of criminal mischief on Aug. 24 and Aug. 25, 2010, in Newfield.
• Christian A. Castelluccio, 39, of Pitman, for receiving stolen property, shoplifting and conspiracy on June 14, 2010, in Deptford.
• Marisa J.Kaluhiokalani, 24, of Woodbury Heights, for receiving stolen property, shoplifting and conspiracy, on June 14, 2010, in Deptford.
• Diane Gamble, 43, of Chesterfield, NJ, for burglary, theft by unlawful taking, criminal mischief and conspiracy on Nov. 11, 2010, in Paulsboro.
• James R. Gamble, 45, of Chesterfield, NJ, for burglary, theft by unlawful taking, criminal mischief and conspiracy on Nov. 11, 2010, in Paulsboro.
• Jennifer Billings, 38, of Berlin, for fraudulent use of a credit card between July 28 and July 30, 2010, in Glassboro.
• Jacob E. Brown, 32, of Pennsville, for possession of a weapon by a person not entitled to have a weapon on Oct. 24, 2010, in Greenwich Township.
• Seth J. Gaunt, 19, of Paulsboro, for eluding police by failing to stop and theft by unlawful taking on Oct. 15, 2010, in Paulsboro.
• Jeffrey Nocross, 40, of Camden, for shoplifting on Nov. 15, 2010, in Glassboro.
• Manny Figueroa, 40, of Camden, for shoplifting on Nov. 15, 2010, in Glassboro.
• John W. Melton, 32, of Sicklerville, for making threats to kill and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose on Oct. 4, 2010, in Washington Township.
• Robert A. Shelton, 42, of Sewell, for making threats to kill, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and resisting arrest on Nov. 14, 2010, in Washington Township.
• Ricky Franks, 33, of Harlock, MD, for attempted robbery, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon by a person not entitled to have a weapon on Dec. 3, 2010, in Harrison Township.
• Arnell A. Johnson, 28, of Bladesbury, MD, for attempted robbery, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon by a person not entitled to have a weapon on Dec. 3, 2010, in Harrison Township.
• Halbert O. West Sr., 51, of Hyattsville, MD, for eluding police, attempted robbery, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon by a person not entitled to have a weapon on Dec. 3, 2010, in Harrison Township.
• Brian P. Lewis, 21, of Williamstown, for making false public alarms on dates between Jan. 6 and Aug. 18, 2010, in Frankin Township.
• Braheem Harden, 29, of Franklinville, for failing to notify a change of address as a sex offender on Sept. 20, 2010, in Franklin Township.
• Mark Holloway, 42, of Williamstown, for burglary and possession of a weapon by a person not entitled to have a weapon on Nov. 20, 2010, in Monroe Township.
