Drug Charges Dominate Gloucester County Indictments

A Gloucester County grand jury indicted the following individuals last week:

• Kevin L. Norman, 33, of Sicklerville, for six counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, eleven counts of possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute and unlawful possession of a weapon on July 29, Aug. 4, 12 and 25, Sept. 24 and Oct. 7, 2010, in West Deptford.
• John R. Gehman, 21, of Wenonah, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public housing complex or a public park, possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana, and possession of more than an ounce but less than five pounds of marijuana.
• Jason G. Chisholm, 23, of Thorofare, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Jan. 3 in East Greenwich.
• Susan R. Strouse, 47, of Westville, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Dec. 30, 2010, in West Deptford.
• Darin L. Warren, 43, of West Deptford, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Dec. 13, 2010, in West Deptford.
• Jennifer J. Thompson, 25, of Gloucester City, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Nov. 24, 2010, in West Deptford.
• Jeremy M. Creghan, 28, of Deptford, for six counts of possession o f a controlled dangerous substance, two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute and one count of possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute on Sept. 16, 2010, in Deptford.
• Carol E. Creghan, 56, of Sewell, for possession of marijuana and possession of between one ounce and five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute on Sept. 16, 2010, in Deptford.
• John R. Creghan, 58, of Sewell, for possession of marijuana and possession of more than an ounce but less than five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute on Sept. 16, 2010, in Deptford.
• Kyle N. Norman, 29, of Paulsboro, for hindering prosecution, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with intent to distribute on Dec. 4, 2010, in Paulsboro.
• Dante J. Bowman, 29, of Camden, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a school zone and possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute on Nov. 3, 2010, in Paulsboro.
• Jamaine L. Levi, 22, of Lindenwold, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a school zone and possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute on Nov. 3, 2010, in Paulsboro.
• Jessica E. Walsh, 27, of Mays Landing, for forgery and criminal attempt to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud on Oct. 21, 2010, in Monroe Township.
• Eric Diaz, 29, of Camden, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a school zone with intent to distribute and possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute on Oct. 21, 2010, in Paulsboro.
• Eric J. • Glenn Pandorf, 49, of Mullica Hill, for making a false report that incriminates another person on Jan. 4 in Harrison Township.
• Samantha F. Gulite, 24, of Sewell, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Dec. 26, 2010, in Washington Township.
• Sara L. Lightfoot, 26, of Philadelphia, for forgery and criminal attempt to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud on Dec. 21, 2010, in Deptford.
• Justin M. Avis, 27, of Franklinville, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute on Dec. 17, 2010, in Franklin Township.
• Melissa A. Tamaska, 24, of Mantua, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and shoplifting on Jan. 2 in Washington Township.
• Caitlin E. Devries, 22, of Pitman, for burglary and theft by unlawful taking on Aug. 23, 2010, in Pitman.
• Andre L. Davis, 33, of Philadelphia, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, obtaining a controlled dangerous substance by fraud and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute on Aug. 17, 2010, in Monroe Township.
• Dante J. Johnson, 27, of Philadelphia, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, obtaining a controlled dangerous substance by fraud and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute on Aug. 17, 2010, in Monroe Township.

• Daniel P. Bennis, 23, of Westville, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Jan. 6 in Westville.
• Ryan A. Miscavage, 33, of Turnersville, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Jan. 7 in Washington Township.
• Naim Cephas, 21, of Woolwich, for 11 counts of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana with the intent to distribute, one count of possession of more than an ounce but less than five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute and employing a juvenile to distribute drugs on July 13, 28 and 30, Aug. 11, Sept. 7, 16 and 21, and various dates between July 13 and Sept. 7, 2010, in Woolwich.

• Francis J. Chrzanowski, 21, of Williamstown, for aggravated assault resulting in serious bodily injury and endangering the welfare of a child on Aug. 24, 2010, in Monroe Township.
• James S. Petrillo, 52, of Glassboro, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Dec. 30, 2010, in Glassboro.
